Heard someone wants to downsize? The children have left home, a colleague is moving, for work or love? There are many reasons that lead to a sale. If you know a property that is about to change hands, e.g. a neighboring property, a friends family house, an apartment, then give us a hint.

For every real estate tip that leads to a deal, you will receive a tipster commission from
500 to 5,000 euros, depending on the selling price.
Prerequisite:
1. Object and owner are not yet known to us.
2. As a tipster, you are not a co-owner or significant other of the owner.
3. You tell us who wants to sell their property.
4. We contact the owner. If he hires us, we'll get started.
5. The sale is complete with the notary appointment. After receipt of the broker's commission, 10% (up to 5,000 euros) of it goes directly to your account.
